My background

As a young adult I struggled with staying healthy and feeling good physically. 

In 2011, I found Crossfit. I went from overweight and feeling unhealthy to having more energy and generally feeling better overall.

Ever since starting on my own training-journey I felt drawn to helping others move more, better and lead healthier lives.

Starting my physiotherapy studies felt like a natural move for me.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 and I founded my own coaching business at the start of 2020.

How can I help?

I strive to help people find their own physical potential. To reach their goals no matter what they are and find joy and fun in training itself, not just focusing on the outcome.

I can help you:

  • improve general fitness, health and strength

  • achieve long term lifestyle changes 

  • compete in the sport of Crossfit

  • with accessory training for a main sport

  • rehab from injury/surgery and navigate training again
