1. Getting started

The process starts with a longer in-depth call to get to know each other and to map out your goals.

Following the call I will do a physical assessment and movement screen, you'll be asked to film some of your movements.

The exercises and length of the assessment will be determined by your goals and training history.

2. The Program & Your Needs

With the information from the call and assessment I will build your individualised training program.

Together we will also determine what kind of guidance and assistance you need regarding recovery, mindset and lifestyle factors like nutrition, stress-management and sleep. 

3. The Coaching Itself

The service is remote and we will have monthly check-ins through video-calls (approx. 30 min).

The program and communication happens through the Truecoach App.  Through the app I will give feedback on the training and send video analysis on movements.

The key to the coaching is communication, the more I know the better I can help and coach!

4. Who is it for? 

Individual online coaching is for anyone who prioritises their health and fitness or have competitive goals (one does not exclude the other).

Being familiar with a gym environment and movements is not a pre-requisite for online coaching but if you are a beginner in the gym I recommend starting with in-person coaching to make sure you are learning correct and safe movement! 

The Price?

185 euro (1380 DKK) / month (incl. VAT) as an ongoing subscription.

Can be cancelled anytime, always runs through the end of the month.
